How to Update Sun Xpress Load Retailer Menu?

Hello, I'm also a sun retailer. There are times our valued customer would try to ask us to load the internet load packs, new promos that can't be found on your retailer menu. What if you don't know how to load it?. This simple tutorial will tell you how.



The first thing you have to do is to update it manually. Sometimes, our Sun retailer menu was automatically update through OTA (Over the Air). But if it doesn't work or something you think was missing, you can manually update it.

1. Go to XPRESS Load.

2. Choose Sun Menu.

3. Tap Update Menu.

4. Restart your phone in 3 to 5 minutes.

5. Congratulations! Your Sun Retailer Menu was updated and ready to load internet load packs and other promos!
