Getting to know what's your customer needs and wants has a greater chance to your store to be known and remember. Sometimes a customer will buy your items though it's more expensive than the price what they knew specially on times where all store was closed and your store was the only open.

Make your store as presentable and attractive to customer as you can. Like the image above, it was pack of items and was really eye-catching. It doesn't mean you need to buy so many items just to make it full. Just observe how it was organize. As you see on the image above particularly the items hanged were arrange two to four ties or by six per items. But, if you will count the number of items (brands), it will not exceed on twenty. I'm only talking about the items hanged and not the whole items of the store.
That kind of strategy makes a less number of items looks many and make the store full. It's irresistible as you can't stop your eyes to look for this. And, If you are in the customer's shoes you will also love to look what's inside on that store and might be a potential valued customer in the future.
Make your customer remember that everything they need was on your store most specially the primary needs like coffee, sugar, shampoo etc. Candies and snacks that cost one peso is just aesthetics or another additional items to make your store full. Focus on items that easy to be sold with longer expiry dates.
